Graphic Design

Over the past 2 years, I have had the incredible opportunity to showcase my design skills in my sorority, Kappa Delta (Theta Nu Chapter), as Graphic Design Chair. In this position, I created flyers for social media, business partnerships, and passing around campus to spread the word on upcoming events. I also designed a logo for T-shirts, pins, and banners for an event. This position allowed me to explore creatively in my designing skills. Using Canva, I sometimes utilized templates (editing styles, graphics, colors, elements, and positions to make them my own), but also created my own design layouts from scratch for the most individuality for our chapter. As I will remain in this position until the end of 2026, I still have more to create, but feel free to explore my work so far!

Using a canva template, this Italian food based event poster was sent to all greek houses and featured on KD members instagram and snapchat stories.

Recruitment Registration Post 1/2

I was tasked with coming up with a few different styles for the Fall 2025 recruitment registration opening to post on our instagram to get potential new members to sign up. This one was inspired by another chapter's from a previous year and was specifically commissioned by my Vice President of Recruitment and Marketing. What made this piece challenging was that the center girl in the photo was a GammaChi (she could not appear in our posts, since she needed to remain impartial when helping the PNMS) and I had to photoshop her out of the picture.

Recruitment Registration Post 2/2

This was also commissioned by my VP of R&M as she asked me to create a magazine cover look. Upon seeing my first post idea, she decided she wanted to go in a different direction to match the existing instagram colors and aesthetic more. I created this design in less than an hour, entirely on mobile, from my hotel room immediately following my study abroad trip. Showing my ability to adapt as well as my skill under constraints, this design was featured on the purduekd instagram page and was shared hundreds of times.

Shamrock Scaries Poster

This poster I hand drew/traced on Adobe Fresco based on the sheet sign that had been created by another member. I took the same design, digitalized it, and turned it into a poster to hand out printed copies to the other organizations and to post on instagram stories. This poster was also a challenge for me, as I only had access to my phone when this project was assigned to me and had to complete the entire tracing, drawing, and designing all on my phone screen.
